  • CONTENT RESTRICTIONS:

  • I will not draw the following:

  • Complex mechanical design (Example)

  • Animals

  • Hateful or hurtful scenarios

  • Gore or extreme violence

  • ADDITIONALLY:

  • Private commissions are available at an additional 10% of the final cost. (I will not always take them.)

  • NSFW is available at an additional 10% of the final cost. See info here. (Warning: explicit content.)

  • Turnaround rate will typically be between 3 days to 2 weeks of beginning work, depending on complexity.

Character Illustration (Base $150-200)

Full color character illustrations are available in two styles.
Price is dependent on complexity and composition.

  • Thin style: Uses thin, sketchy lines and softer rendering.

  • Bold Style: Uses bold, strong lines and comic style rendering.

  • Alternates add a flat $10 per alt (max 3). Alts will only be simple layer additions/subtractions. (i.e. accessories, expressions, effects, etc.)

  • Extra Characters and Alternate Outfits available for an extra 25% (Max 2 extra).

  • Scenery Backgrounds are not available at this time, only simple or abstract backgrounds.

Process involves drafting 1-3 thumbnail sketches, then further developing one of those thumbnails into a rough colored sketch. Maximum of two revisions are allowed at the rough sketch stage.I will not do more thumbnail sketches, nor any further revisions past the rough sketch stage.

Comic/Sequence (Base $200)

Simple monochrome comic pages or image sequences using either illustration style for a maximum of 4 panels.

  • Process requires significant planning and communication from the client in order to complete in a smooth manner.

  • Client must have an idea ready to present for the commission. I will not be discussing changes to the idea after I take the commission.

  • I will not draw complex backgrounds to establish a scene.

  • Price is likely to be higher dependent on complexity.

Process involves drafting two thumbnail sketches of a page, then further developing one of those thumbnails into a rough sketch. Maximum of two revisions are allowed at the rough sketch stage.I will not do more thumbnail sketches, nor any further revisions past the rough sketch stage.

Character Design (Base $150)

Base character designs use the Thin Illustration Style with flat colors, and will include one forward facing body with and without layers of clothing, and a maximum of three props.

  • Addition of a dynamic pose or turnaround poses will add 50% of the base price per each additional body.

  • Client must come prepared with references and descriptions of the character to be designed.

Process involves drawing 1-3 colored thumbnail sketches, then further developing one of those sketches directly into the final design. A maximum of four revisions may be made regarding the design during the thumbnail stage.I am open to discussing elements of the character design, but do not abuse the amount of revisions available.

Graphic Design (Base $100)

Various Graphic Design services include but are not limited to:

  • Logo Design

  • Stream Layouts

  • Icon Design/Emotes (Max 5 at a time)

Process is very dependent on the commission being ordered. A maximum of five thumbnail sketches may be produced at a time. Client must have a solid idea of what they need and what they want their graphic design to look like before beginning discussions. Have references and descriptions ready.RivRider has an Associate's in Graphic Design and thoroughly understands what is needed in good design!

Terms of Service

By ordering a commission and requesting my services, you agree to my following terms of service:

  • RIGHTS AND PAYMENT:

  • I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

  • Turnaround begins when work has begun on the commission, not when it is received. Client will be contacted when work has begun.

  • Client agrees that simpler work or more time-pressing work will take priority over more complex work.

  • I will request half payment of the commission upfront and the other half when the Rough Sketch has been completed

  • If work is unsatisfactory for any given reason (quality, taking too long, financial issues, etc.), or I cannot complete the commission for any given reason, client is eligble to request a refund.

  • If refund is requested after the Rough Sketch has been completed, client will only be refunded half of the commission fee.

  • Payment will be conducted in USD through Paypal Invoice. Final image will be received through email or Discord.

  • USAGE:

  • I retain the rights to use commissioned art for use on my websites and portfolio, and for sale and redistribution if not in violation of intellectual rights. (i.e. OC art will not be resold, commissioned fanart may be resold, fanart containing elements of an OC will not be resold, private commissions will not be shared.)

  • Client may share, display, and redistribute commissioned art for non-profit purposes.

  • Client retains intellectual rights of any commissioned original design work. (Character design, logo, etc.)

  • Client will not alter or transform commissioned art such to discredit my work (i.e. removal of signature, use in hateful depictions, etc.) and must give credit when reposting in public spaces.

  • Usage of commissioned art in for-profit scenarios such as resale, use in video content, streams, or subscription services must be discussed, negotiated, and approved by me.

  • Commissioned art will not be used for AI/Machine learning.
